The service
PromoterAI (operated by Asaf Katz Advisory LTD, Israel) provides research, monitoring and outreach tooling for event promotion. Paid subscription only; plan allowances are metered and enforced server-side.
Acceptable use
Use the tools for legitimate event/community promotion to professional audiences. No harassment, spam beyond the built-in throttles, discrimination, or unlawful data use. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to YOUR outreach (e.g. consent rules in your jurisdiction) and with the terms of the platforms you contact people on.
Third-party platforms
The tools retrieve public professional data and can trigger automation through accounts YOU connect (e.g. PhantomBuster). Third-party platforms may restrict accounts used for automation — that risk is yours, our throttles reduce it but cannot remove it. We may suspend features that create risk for other customers.
Billing
Monthly subscription via Stripe; cancel anytime, effective end of the period. Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Promo grants (e.g. Showrunner bonus) are time-boxed and expire automatically.
Data
Your audiences, monitors and sequences are yours. Directory and retrieved data are provided AS IS for your internal promotion use — no resale, no redistribution, no use as a data-broker source.
Liability
The service is provided as is; to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 3 months. Governing law: Israel; venue: Tel Aviv.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in-product.
